We happened upon Kristen by chance, but we are glad we did. She provided input on houses that she thought we would like, but she was not pushy and let us search the way we wanted to. She was always on time for showings, which was much appreciated. We ended up buying the house that she recommended at a good price under very favorable conditions. She handled all aspects of the buying process for us, including setting up and attending the different inspections and getting quotes on work that needed to be done.
Kristen also listed our house for sale and her analysis of the selling price was accurate and close to the eventual appraised price. Even though it appeared that we might run out of time in terms of the contingency for purchasing our new home, she came up with a buyer during an open house who was able to close in the allotted time and at a good price.
All in all it was a pleasure to work with Kristen during both the buying and selling process and, even though there were some interesting moments, she handled it all with calm assurance.
